New to SVBC

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

— John 3:16

We are a diverse community of people who share the common desire of living Christ with gospel integrity. We seek to love Christ passionately, learn of Him purposefully, and live Him practically.

We are ordinary people in earnest pursuit of knowing an extraordinary God and the life-transforming difference He is making in our lives through the gospel. The gospel is the good news that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died for our sins and rose again, eternally triumphant over His enemies, so that there is now no condemnation for those who believe, but only everlasting joy.
